In dieser Rolle nutzen Sie Ihr Wissen und Ihre Erfahrung in der Anlagenbedienung, um die Anlage proaktiv sicher, zuverlässig und optimal zu betreiben. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Mitgliedern des Schichtteams zusammen, um ungeplante Ereignisse effizient vorherzusehen und innerhalb der Möglichkeiten des Teams zu lösen. Probleme, die nicht gelöst werden können, eskalieren Sie effektiv an die entsprechenden Supportfunktionen. Verantwortlichkeiten: Bedienung zugewiesener Anlagen und Durchführung betriebsbezogener Tätigkeiten. Nutzung von Betriebswissen und Erfahrung für einen sicheren und bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb. Vor-Ort-Checks und Überwachung von Prozessbedingungen, Equipment und Kontrollsystemen. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Operating Discipline-Prinzipien für Qualität und Sicherheit. Durchführung von Aufgaben gemäß Anlagen-Aktivitätenliste (z. B. Probenahmen, Logistik, Vorbereitung von Equipment). Anwendung von Troubleshooting-Fähigkeiten zur Lösung von Prozessabweichungen. Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen. Qualifikationen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant. Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Bereitschaft zur Arbeit unter wechselnden Bedingungen und im 4-Schichtsystem. Fähigkeit zur Nutzung von AGT (Atemschutz / Respiratory Protection) . Berufserfahrung im Betrieb verfahrenstechnischer Großanlagen Gabelstaplerführerschein oder die Bereitschaft diesen bei uns zu erlangen Ihre Fertigkeiten : Technische Arbeit: Bedienung und Prüfung von Prozessequipment, Überwachung von Prozessbedingungen und Kennzahlen, Treffen geeigneter Entscheidungen zur Sicherstellung optimaler Betriebsbedingungen. Fehlerbehebungskompetenz: Antizipation und Lösung ungeplanter Ereignisse innerhalb des Schichtteams, effektive Eskalation nicht lösbarer Probleme. Teamarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit Schichtteam-Mitgliedern. Eigenmotivation: Hohe persönliche Integrität, starke Arbeitsmoral und Bereitschaft, Wissens- und Kompetenzlücken aktiv zu schließen. Kommunikation: Professionelle schriftliche, mündliche, visuelle und digitale Kommunikation im Arbeitsumfeld. Analytische Fähigkeiten: Nutzung von Leistungskennzahlen zur Optimierung des Betriebs und Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
