You are a change agent with a strong continuous improvement mindset, capable of influencing without authority and partnering across functions to deliver sustainable results. This role focuses on identifying, designing, and implementing operational improvements that enhance customer experience, service quality, cost efficiency, and process reliability. You will work across upstream, core, and downstream processes that enable CSS Operations, including Digital Ordering, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Documentation, Master Data handoffs, and Service Quality. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical rigor, and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams such as Commercial Excellence, Planning, Logistics, Quality, EH&S, and Capability Teams. Responsibilities Lead CSS Operations Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, service quality, and cycle times. Drive upstream process improvements by partnering with Digital Ordering and Planning teams to reduce process breakdowns and improve forecasting accuracy and order signal quality. Lead downstream process improvements, focusing on logistics coordination, documentation accuracy, shipment performance, and delivery reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Excellence, Logistics, Planning, Quality, EH&S, and Capability teams to ensure alignment and execution of improvement initiatives. Manage and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) programs and projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies. Leverage data-driven insights to analyze CSS operational performance, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements. Act as a catalyst for change by promoting standardization, best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement across CSS Operations. Qualifications Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 8–15 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, or process improvement roles. Proven experience in cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Experience with ERP and operational systems. Exposure to Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC). Strong digital mindset with the ability to leverage data and technology for operational improvement.
