Over jou en deze functie Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het waarborgen van productkwaliteit binnen een dynamische, industriële omgeving waar veiligheid, nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking centraal staan? Wij zijn op zoek naar een Analytical Technician (full shift) in Terneuzen ( Nederland ), die met analytische expertise en oog voor detail onze productieprocessen ondersteunt en bijdraagt aan betrouwbare kwaliteits- en procesdata voor zowel interne als externe klanten. In deze functie kom je te werken in een individueel volcontinusysteem (24/7). Als Analytical Technician voer je analyses uit volgens het vastgestelde monsternameplan op alle geproduceerde producten en gespecificeerde grondstoffen, conform routinematige analytische testprocedures. klanten zijn Aromatics, Butadiene, Light Hydrocarbons en Power & Utilities en Site Logistics Hydrocarbons. In deze rol ondersteun je de plant Operations, waaronder tijdens opstarten en stilleggen van installaties en tijdens plant turn-arounds, door het leveren van vastgestelde analytische diensten. Kwaliteitscontrole- en procescontrolegegevens worden, waar van toepassing, ingevoerd in een LIMS-database, geanalyseerd en gerapporteerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verifiëren van de nauwkeurigheid van analytische apparatuur. Verantwoordelijkheden Zorgdragen dat serviceaanvragen correct worden uitgevoerd en dat de resultaten volgens het monsternameplan worden teruggekoppeld. Bedienen en troubleshooten van analytische apparatuur volgens vastgestelde procedures. Invoeren van kwaliteitsdata in LIMS, documenteren en communiceren van resultaten. Uitvoeren van kalibraties en eerstelijns onderhoud aan analytische apparatuur. Communiceren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden wanneer dit vereist is. Toepassen van Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Analytical Work Process en Operating Discipline/Quality System procedures en werkwijzen. Verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van een letselvrije werkomgeving. Deelnemen aan en afronden van laboratoriumtrainingen en verplichte bedrijfstrainingen. Samenwerken en communiceren met collega’s en klanten om de workflow en instrumentinformatie te waarborgen en om probleemoplossende en preventieve expertise te delen. Bijdragen aan waardecreatie door continue verbetering van procedures binnen analytische werkprocessen en bijbehorende tools en prestatie-indicatoren. Beheren van laboratoriumvoorraden van grondstoffen indien nodig. Bevorderen van een goed georganiseerde, responsieve en efficiënte werkomgeving en zowel goed functioneren in teamverband als zelfstandig. Kwalificaties Een MLO-diploma of vergelijkbaar is vereist; HLO is een pré. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een industriële laboratoriumomgeving. Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels op werkbaar niveau (mondeling en schriftelijk). Bereidheid om te werken in een volcontinu ploegensysteem (24/7). Jouw vaardigheden Analytische expertise – vermogen om analytische apparatuur te bedienen, kalibreren, onderhouden en storingen te analyseren en op te lossen. Nauwkeurigheid & kwaliteitsbewustzijn – vermogen om methoden en meetdata kritisch te beoordelen en de validiteit ervan te bevestigen. Technisch inzicht – vermogen om mechanische en instrumentele problemen snel te herkennen en eerstelijns onderhoud uit te voeren. Datavaardigheid – vermogen om kwaliteits- en procesdata correct vast te leggen, analyseren en rapporteren in systemen zoals LIMS. Organisatorische vaardigheden – vermogen om methodisch te werken, meerdere taken te beheren en overzicht te behouden onder tijdsdruk. Communicatieve vaardigheden – vermogen om helder te communiceren met collega’s, operations en externe klanten over resultaten en afwijkingen. Samenwerking & zelfstandigheid – vermogen om effectief samen te werken in teamverband én zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
