Perform non ‑ routine or advanced analyses as needed to support plant troubleshooting or product quality investigations. Contribute to continuous improvement of lab practices, workflows, and written procedures to enhance efficiency and data consistency. Maintain chemical inventory, supplies, and scheduling to support smooth and compliant lab operations. Train and mentor lab personnel in analytical methods, instrument operation, and safe work practices; provide shift coverage when required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum completion of a 2‑year college diploma in Chemical Technology or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a laboratory, chemical, or manufacturing environment.
