Sie starten überwiegend im Außenbereich, um die Anlagen kennen zu lernen. In diesen Anlagen verarbeiten wir Cellulose aus nachhaltiger Forstwirtschaft. Daraus stellen wir Methylcellulose her, die zum Beispiel in der Bauindustrie als Verdickungs- und Bindemittel eingesetzt wird. Verantwortlichkeiten Bedienen der Anlagen im Außenbereich - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team in der Leitwarte. Annahme und Kontrolle von Rohstoffen (Entleeren von Kesselwagen, Waggons und LKWs). Befüllen von Silofahrzeugen. Schrittweise Mitarbeit an der Anlagensteuerung über das Prozessleitsystem. Durchführung einfacher Labortätigkeiten zur Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung. Qualifikationen Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einer chemisch-technischer Fachrichtung: Chemikant:in, Mechtroniker:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildun­g. Erfahrung im Betrieb von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen der Großindustrie im Schichtbetrieb. Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an chemischen Prozessen. G26.2 Tauglichkeit. Idealerweise Staplerschein. Ihre Fähigkeiten Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und können sich auf andere verlassen - und umgekehrt. Sie achten auf Sicherheit und halten sich an Regeln und Abläufe. Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst. Sie kommunizieren klar und sagen Bescheid, wenn etwas nicht passt. Sie packen mit an, denken mit und sind offen für neue Aufgaben.
