WHAT YOU GET TO DO Responsible for independently leading the development of a strategy for a specified market to include responsibility for product portfolio and customer pipeline Utilize Consumer Insight and Retailer trends and challenges to define market space positioning Work independently utilizing subject matter expertise and capabilities to manage complex processes and market spaces Ability to independently recognize customer and market needs and challenges and how they impact defined market space Co-lead, support, and execute consistent value-added customer interactions Provide leadership to managers, may also provide leadership to supervisors and/or professional staff Commercial and Operational P&L Leadership.
