Your New Role Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines Regularly collect, compile, and analyse market information to share with the team Support credit control in payment collection by coordinating with intermediaries Support the tracking, reporting, and analyse the team's referrals, backlogs, and productivity Be the digital ambassador of the team Recommend initiatives to streamline policies and processes Provide interpretation and advice on policies, processes, and procedures Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases Deliver business results by meeting operational KPIs and ensuring risk awareness and governance About You Experience with underwriting and insurance coursework Some underwriting experience in the insurance business, including relevant policy documentation handling Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Benefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
