Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Senior Underwriting Assistant VOS   PRINCIPALES   MISSIONS :   Vous gérez   les contrats   Nationaux,   Import et Export  RC Vous avez une bonne c onnaissance des processus de gestion des contrats d’assurances et de réassurances   Vous a ssur ez   le suivi des demandes   souscript ion   et   courtiers   en respectant les délais   Vous êtes garants   de   la   préparation des dossiers de pré-souscription   des affaires nouvelles   et de pré-renouvellement qui incluent :   La vérification des sanctions et des licences en lien avec le service Conformité ;   La collecte auprès des courtiers des informations concernant les contrats à renouveler ;   La saisie des données/informations reçues dans les outils de tarification    Vous savez rédiger les documents contractuels (avenants, attestations, intercalaires…)   Vous êtes   l'un des points de contact privilégiés en interne concernant le suivi des contrats et de s   prime s . Vous échangez au quotidien avec notre service   comptabilité   sur les   anomalies   des   encaissements , cash non alloués, gestion des bordereaux des DUA   …   Vous êtes garant du pilotage de votre activité, r emonte z   toute s   éventuelle s   alerte s   à   votre   management, êt es   force de proposition dans la mise en place de solutions .     Profil recherché  :     Issu(e) d'une formation Bac + 2 ou plus , vous justifiez d'une première expérience de   8   ans minimum en compagnie d'assurance, de préférence dans la gestion de contrats  Responsabilité Civile Vous avez une bonne connaissance générale des lignes métier s   et   des   produits     Vous   avez de solides compétences organisationnelles,   savez piloter   votre portefeuille   (planification de vos tâches et capacité à gérer vos priorités) ,    Vous avez la capacité d’ identifi er   et   de remonter   les points de vigilance à votre management,   Vous êtes doté(e) d'une excellente communication orale et écrite   Vous   avez le sens du service,   démontrez une   bonne   aisance relationnelle et appréciez le travail en équipe,   Vous maitrisez les outils et systèmes informatiques (Microsoft Office).   U ne connaissance de l'anglais est un plus   Compétences :   Vous avez le s ens du service,   un   esprit d’équipe et   de   collaboration      Vous possédez de s olides compétences organisationnelles, y compris la planification des tâches et la capacité à gérer les priorités      Vous êtes connus pour vos qualités   relationnelles et de communication       Vous faites   preuve d’initiative et   êtes   proactif      Vous avez une   bonne ca pacité d’adaptation      Vous vous reconnaissez dans cette description  ?   Alors n'hésitez plus et postulez !
