Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee QBE Europe SA/NV compagnie d’assurance ayant pour clientèle professionnels et entreprises, recrute au sein du service Administration des Contrats, un gestionnaire expérimenté Lignes Financières et Responsabilité Civile en contrat à durée indéterminé. Vos principales missions : Vous gérez les contrats Nationaux, Import et Export FL Vous avez une bonne connaissance des processus de gestion des contrats d’assurances et de réassurances Vous assurez le suivi des demandes souscription et courtiers en respectant les délais Vous êtes garants de la préparation des dossiers de pré-souscription des affaires nouvelles et de pré-renouvellement qui incluent : La vérification des sanctions et des licences en lien avec le service Conformité ; La collecte auprès des courtiers des informations concernant les contrats à renouveler ; La saisie des données/informations reçues dans les outils de tarification Vous savez rédiger les documents contractuels (avenants, attestations, intercalaires…) Vous êtes l'un des points de contact privilégiés en interne concernant le suivi des contrats et des primes. Vous échangez au quotidien avec notre service comptabilité sur les anomalies des encaissements, cash non alloués, gestion des bordereaux des DUA … Vous êtes garant du pilotage de votre activité, remontez toutes éventuelles alertes à votre management, êtes force de proposition dans la mise en place de solutions. Profil recherché  : Issu(e) d'une formation Bac +2 ou plus, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en compagnie d'assurance, de préférence dans la gestion de contrats Financial lines et/ou RC Vous avez une bonne connaissance générale des lignes métiers et des produits Vous avez de solides compétences organisationnelles, savez piloter votre portefeuille (planification de vos tâches et capacité à gérer vos priorités), Vous avez la capacité d’identifier et de remonter les points de vigilance à votre management, Vous êtes doté(e) d'une excellente communication orale et écrite Vous avez le sens du service, démontrez une bonne aisance relationnelle et appréciez le travail en équipe, Vous maitrisez les outils et systèmes informatiques (Microsoft Office).
