Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Product Wordings Specialist Role Highlights Milan based role with hybrid working Newly created role for an insurance Wordings Specialist   The Opportunity We are hiring a Product Wordings Specialist for our insurance business in Italy The purpose of this role is to provide essential support to underwriters and product teams by offering expertise in coverage, legal, regulatory matters, and product development. This includes managing product wordings, disclosures, and underwriting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the division. Your New Role Allocate cyclical reviews and provide legal support to Underwriters for on-time task delivery. Maintain policy wordings (including IPIDs and Additional IPIDs), disclosures, and associated content in applicable systems within agreed timeframes. Develop effective working relationships with teams and collaborate on business initiatives. Support Underwriters to ensure team activities are completed on schedule and identify improvement opportunities. Contribute to operational team plans and adhere to quality standards. Build strong customer relationships and respond to queries promptly. Draft, review, and advise on policy wordings, endorsements, and ancillary documentation. Draft, review, and advise on TOBAs with brokers, insurance agents and third party suppliers, endorsements, and ancillary documentation. Share legal, regulatory, and commercial developments with teams and put conduct risk at the heart of the wordings function. Provide general legal advice relating to private and public tenders, and the relevant documentation. About You First experience (including internship) within an insurance law firm or in an insurance company in non-life corporate business. Experience of providing legal advice on insurance coverage issues, either claims or wordings.
