N o w ’s t he t i m e t o i m ag i ne y our po t en t i a l i n a t ea m w here e x per t s co m e t oge t her and i gn i t e e ff e ct i v e chang e   R e sp on s i bilitie s :   Attend to trust administration tasks on behalf of trustees in offshore jurisdictions Cultivate and manage professional relationship with offshore trustees, Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.  Provides administration, compliance review and operational support to the trustees to enable them to manage the trust in the foreign jurisdiction Accurately manage client records and documents Prepare trustee resolutions, minutes and other trust related documents per instruction from the trustee Co-ordinate trust related distributions, loan repayments, fees and similar per instruction from the trustee Assist with preparing and collating documents and information relating to opening, maintenance and review of trust bank accounts and investment accounts per instruction from the trustee Support compliance with relevant foreign trust legislation, regulatory requirements and fiduciary obligations Assist with client due diligence and ongoing monitoring requirements in line with AML standards Monitor and track statutory filing deadlines and reporting obligations in the foreign jurisdiction Liaise with compliance teams, external fiduciary service providers and other relevant parties where required Assist with gathering information and documents required for regulatory, legislative and internal requirements Prepare correspondence for review by trustee Support the trustee with proper governance, record-keeping and audit readiness Identify and escalate administrative, compliance or operational risks to the trustee Ensure adherence to internal policies procedures and service level standards Knowledge on relevant offshore jurisdiction trust legislation, relating to trust administration and compliance Q ualification s :   2 yrs + trust ad m i n i s t ra t i on ex per i en c e , a Fiduciary industry related or L ega l qua l i f i c a t i on would be advantageous Y ou will h ave acces s t o :   Oppor t un i t i es t o ne tw ork and c o ll abora t e   A cha ll eng i ng and dynamic w ork i ng en v i ron m en t   Gain experience of offshore trust administration We ca n b e a matc h if y o u a r e :   A n e x per i en c ed trust ad m i n i s t ra t or H a v e exceptional organ i z a t i ona l sk i ll s  P ro v i de f an t as t i c c l i en t serv i c e    A dap t ab l e and cur i ous  A b l e t o ana l y s e c o m p l e x da t a se t s  Thr i v e i n co ll abora t i v e   A re y ou i n t eres t ed t o t ake t he s t ep?
