This role is responsible for directing all day-to-day plant operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, and business objectives. Responsibilities Lead and champion a strong safety culture, driving accountability and continuous improvement Provide visible, hands-on leadership to the facility, fostering employee engagement and performance Own plant operational and financial performance, making timely decisions to meet business goals Direct and control all aspects of plant cost structure, including labor, maintenance, and consumable spending Anticipate and respond to changes in business volume to protect productivity and profitability Set clear expectations, develop leaders, and hold teams accountable for results Qualifications Four-year degree preferred, or equivalent relevant leadership experience Minimum of 5–7 years of manufacturing leadership experience Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus A little about the site: Operates 24/5 Approximately 45 employees Business focus - E-Commerce, Logistics and Warehouse Our Expectations We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
