Leads by example and exhibits professionalism in all areas when representing Amcor inside and outside of the plant. Work in a professional manner with other processing technicians and maintenance personnel as needed to keep all equipment in top working order resulting in only quality product being released to the customer. Various other duties as assigned.  Troubleshoot minor machine issues  Ability to discern molding issues from machinery or process issues  Record accurate production data necessary for tracking purposes  Develop corrective actions for machine/molding issues  Track downtime, quality performance and machine efficiency  Train personnel to improve technical capabilities and experience  Evaluate the quality of products form newly set-up machines Monitor production process Respond to reported machine/mold issues Start-up and shut-down molding machines as necessary Perform material and color changes in a proficient manner Communicate all changes and all important information to the Manager or Supervisor Ensure all system performances are optimized and running safely.
