RMB Namibia is hiring a Transactional Banking Sales Transactor to drive origination, cross‑sell and client engagement across our Corporate & Institutional segments.   Are you someone who can: Lead the transactional sales pipeline and deal execution Deliver Request for Proposal, pitches and sales presentations Grow payments, reconciliation, collections and liquidity revenue Analyse sector trends, competitor insights and client performance Elevate client experience with value‑creating solutions Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration across Coverage, Product, Trade and Operation What You Bring: Strong transactional banking or corporate banking experience Proven track record in sales origination and client engagement Deep knowledge of payments, reconciliation and liquidity solutions Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills Ability to engage senior C‑suite stakeholders A client‑centric mindset and passion for excellence You will be an ideal candidate if you: Are you a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or any relevant degree. 3–5 years’ experience in banking; transactional or corporate banking experience advantageous. Have knowledge and experience of Transactional Banking products. Can exceed product or sales execution targets.
