Knowledge Requirements Basic computer skills Ability to work with and interact effectively and professionally with coworkers in a team environment Basic math skills Must be able to identify the source of problems on complex machinery, and, if noted, take the appropriate corrective action Must be able to read, understand and stay current with all department work instructions and procedures Good organizational skills Education/Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in converting and/or a manufacturing environment a plus. Essential Physical Requirements Occasional sitting Occasional standing Frequent walking Occasional below waste level work Occasional climbing, balancing, pushing/pulling Occasionally lifts up to 40 lbs.
