Primary Responsibilities Shipping and receiving goods locally and internationally, in cooperation with forwarding agencies, brokers, and customs. Control of received goods and cross-check with bill of delivery, entry into inventory system. Reporting of damaged goods received. Spare parts identification and placement in appropriate location. Inventory and cycle count activities Warehouse organization and neatness. Including 5S activities. Reporting of service inventory and initiation of reorder. Decontamination of capital equipment. Training in quality management tasks and systems (QM manual, SOPs, WI’s, RMA processes). Perform all bookings and shipments in our system. Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. Local safety committee activities as assigned. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies High school or higher Experience in similar field. SAP experience is a plus. Trustworthy and dependable.  Strict adherence to the quality, safety and environmental regulations. Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, SAP and Internet). Knowledge of shipping/ transport company software.; ie UPS, Fedex, DHL   Travel Requirements     Occasional driving required (Examples include picking up office supplies, shipping supplies, pickup, or delivery from FedEx, UPS, DHL, ect.   Physical Requirements Some heavy lifting is required. Overtime will be required at times. Compensation The salary for this role will range from $33,730 to $57,115 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
