We are looking for a Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Integrations Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success. Requirements (What We’re Looking For):  Workday Integrations Certification (Required) Fluent in English (Required) 1+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Required) 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements (Required) B1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred) Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio General knowledge in all Workday functional areas Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration ​ Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations ​ Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): Work directly with clients to implement Workday Integration technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience.  Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience.  Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level) Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level) Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands Benefits (What We’re Offering): Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary  Comprehensive legal benefits package in accordance with Mexican labor law plus: Christmas bonus (30 days) 70% vacation bonus 15 days off per year Home office bonus or transportation bonus $1,600 food stamps Private medical insurance for you and your family Dental and Optical insurance Life insurance Training platform Agreements with Universities Financial services (MINU) Total Pass Gym TopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer #LI-REMOTE
