What will you contribute? We are seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer to design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and processes for Flow, Finastra’s Agentic AI platform. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Focused on server-side application logic, data access patterns (APIs, databases, integrations), performance, scalability, and ensuring robust, maintainable backend services. ​ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code using Python/C#/.NET. ​ Implement features, fix bugs, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards. ​ Maintain and improve codebases and create technical specifications. ​ Focus on implementing APIs, services, and backend processes for enterprise applications. ​ Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration. ​ Implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Required Skills & Experience: Expert in python, C#/.NET and OOP fundamentals ​ Solid understanding of databases ​ Hands-on experience with container development and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes ​ Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control ​ Experience with Development on Azure ​ Understanding of common software design patterns ​ Experience integrating with LLMs and ML systems ​ Experience implementing API endpoints ​ Oriented programing and familiarity with SOLID principles. ​ Implementing Unit Tests We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
