What will you contribute? We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to manage the development of services for Flow, Finastra’s Agentic AI platform. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Gain a deep understanding of user requirements, identify and fill platform gaps, generate new ideas . ​ Identify and analyze critical issues related to the service design and promotion of services ​ Translate strategy into recommendations and feature definition to address platform opportunities. ​ Provides direction for enhancements and general development requirements. ​ Produce / contribute to and maintain collateral – release notes, user guides, service overviews, roadmap communications. ​ Backlog management and iteration planning: maintaining a well-groomed Backlog according to business value ​ Tracks KPIs across each services pod and reports progress to the Flow Platform Director ​ Assists in scrum and resource planning Required Skills & Experience: Experience working with project management software application analysis, design or implementation (knowledge of project management principles) ​ Proven track record of product management accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in product/services launches ​ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ​ Experience working in an agile environment ​ Experience with large language model based products ​ Strong knowledge and exposure to Artificial Intelligence We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
