Aufgaben Fachbereich Organisation prüfpflichtiger Anlagen, Betriebsmittel und überwachen der Fristen mittels Wartungsplaner Angebotsanfrage und Prüfung der Anfragen im Fachbereich Organisation der Beschaffung von Büroeinrichtungen sowie Arbeitsplatzeinrichtung Beschaffung von Arbeitsmitteln (Produktion / Nicht-Produktion) Entgegennahme von FM-Anforderungen und Einsteuerung an den Haustechniker Einweisung und Beaufsichtigung von Fremdfirmen im Bau- und Wartungsbereich Vertretung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Einsätzen an unserem Produktionsstandort in Sonneberg Allgemeine Aufgaben Aktive Teilnahme am Innovationsprozess Initiierung und aktive Teilnahme an Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Abläufen und Prozessen Strikte Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften und Umsetzung der Anweisungen von Qualitäts-/ Umweltmanagementbeauftragten und der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung als Ersthelfer, Brandschutzhelfer und Aufzugswärter Ausbildung/Anforderungen : Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Elektriker oder Mechatroniker Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse (GER-A2)* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse Qualitätsbewusst, vertrauensvoll Teamfähig Kommunikative Fähigkeiten Strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise Belastbar und zuverlässig #LI-UK1 #Ludwigsstadt Novanta is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action workplace.
