Léa, responsable d’un atelier de production d’une quarantaine de personnes, recherche un mécanicien régleur. Vous serez amené à travailler en équipe avec des mécaniciens et des contrôleurs qualité ! Vous devrez assurer une production optimale en quantité, qualité et délais par : Les réglages des équipements de fabrication et les changements de formats , La conduite et la surveillance de la ligne de production, Le suivi du programme de fabrication, La qualité des produits fabriqués par l'application des plans de contrôle et d'actions correctives en cas de dérive. La maintenance de 1 er niveau de la ligne. En arrivant, nous vous proposons un parcours d’intégration personnalisé permettant votre bonne adaptation au poste : Un accueil sécurité et une visite de l’usine Une découverte du processus Eole et de votre futur environnement de travail Une formation technique en interne pendant plusieurs semaines sur le poste en doublure avec un collègue expérimenté Des formations théoriques et règlementaires     PROFIL SOUHAITE   Vous disposez idéalement d'une formation initiale en mécanique et avez acquis une première expérience dans le domaine industriel. Vous faites preuve de polyvalence et veillez à maintenir un poste de travail propre et rangé. Vous veillez au respect des règles de sécurité et d’hygiène. Vous connaissez les chaînes de production et savez tenir la cadence.   MODALITES   Type de contrat : CDI Poste à temps complet, à pourvoir de suite.
