Let’s be #BrilliantTogether ISS STOXX is actively hiring a Lead Software Developer(Java & React) for Mumbai (Goregaon East) location. Overview: As a Lead Software Developer you should have a solid background in SQL, JAVA, React, python and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems. Candidate will mentor and manage the team. Candidate must be self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of the project and tasks assigned. Responsibilities: Understand business processes, underlying data architecture and architect/design/automate manual business processes. Microsoft SQL Server – Authoring high quality T-SQL programs. Team Management Provide technical support to business users of above systems. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with global business and technical teams. Willingness to learn and work on different technologies and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Overall ~6-9 years of experience working on SQL, JAVA, React, Python and team management. Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server. Proficiency is designing database, writing complex, dynamic SQL queries, optimization, and performance tuning. Familiarity with working on data pipeline using python. Willingness to work on data visualization libraries for reports development. Willingness to learn modern development practices, frameworks, and patterns.  Working knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming. Familiarity with docker and Kubernetes. Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of end to end execution of projects. Strong communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have solid team management skills. Engage with global business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing and complex environment. Flexible and willing to work in 11/12 to 8/9 pm timings. Good to have : Familiarity with Capital markets and Mutual funds industry/data. Familiarity with BI tools like SSRS and dashboard tools. Experience in Java script/.NET. Maintain a proactive focus on fostering business growth by recommending innovative solutions.
