Summary As a Customer Success Engineer, you will help to ensure customer satisfaction and health, as well as strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers by providing top-quality technical services. Customer Success Engineer is expected to ensure customer renewals and to increase sales for existing customers. Main responsibilites include pre-sales engineering, technical project leading, field engineering, post-sales engineering. Your Responsibilities Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful solution implementation. Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices. Resolving technical questions related to networks. Trusted advisor. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels. Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management. Setup customer’s cloud environment to match their needs, support configurations of solutions. Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID’s PoC, train customers. Act as the voice of customer within the company. Your Experience, Education, and Skills An Engineering Bachelor’s Degree. Ideally Telecommunications or Computer Science. Knowledge of computer networks. A clear understanding of IP networks. 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company. Knowledge and experience in RFID technology. Highly interested in the Retail sector. Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions. Strong customer focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish/Catalan. Willing to travel globally (10% of time).
