As an Associate Administrator Shipping, you'll provide administrative support to logistics. Review order forms, prepare purchase orders, verify invoices, and authorize payments/shipments. Create shipping labels, prepare and ship packages, and track shipments. Additionally, maintain records of imports-exports. Coordinating day-to-day shipping activities Responsibilities: Ensuring product shipments are on time and accurate Coordinating with carriers and suppliers to resolve shipping issues Creating shipping labels or related documents Maintaining shipping records and generating reports Receiving accuracy Experience Requirements: On-time delivery Knowledge - Have a basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes Skill - Possess good communication skills to converse or correspond with customers and other company personnel Skill - Be able to examine records and documents to obtain facts regarding customer complaints Skill - Have good analytical skills to determine responsibility for errors and ascertain accuracy of customer complaints Be able to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this role will range from $35,160 to $63,290 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.  Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
