Administrative Assistant Location: Taunton, Somerset, UK You will support the smooth running of site services and coordination. The role focuses on operational coordination, compliance, service scheduling and maintaining a safe, well‑organised workplace. What you will do Provide administrative support to Site Leadership. Oversee site security and access control. Manage contracts for site services and renewals. Coordinate inspections and maintenance with contractors. Act as the main contact for visitors and contractors. Support office and IT equipment needs. Assist with procurement for site services. Organise site‑wide meetings and employee events. Maintain training schedules and training records. Manage food vendors and service provision. Support annual medical checks and compliance activity. Support DEI initiatives and staff engagement events. What you bring Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective organisation and time‑management skills. Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in facilities or site administration is desirable.
