Als Account Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie für den Verkauf von Intraokularlinsen und augenchirurgischen Instrumenten im definierten Verkaufsgebiet in Bayern verantwortlich, das die Region rund um München, Augsburg, Ingolstadt und Landshut umfasst. Sie arbeiten selbstständig in Ihrem Gebiet, identifizieren Kundenpotenziale, bauen diese langfristig auf und pflegen sie kontinuierlich, um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen. Im regelmäßigen Umgang mit medizinischem Fachpersonal sind Sie der Experte. Ein typischer Arbeitstag in dieser Funktion umfasst: Management sämtlicher Verkaufsaktivitäten im Gebiet, einschließlich Ausbau von Marktanteil und Umsatz im Bereich Katarakt-IOL und Katarakt-Verbrauchsartikel wie Viskoelastika und BSS Analyse des regionalen Kundenstamms zur Identifikation von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten Kundenaktivierung durch Breitenstrategie und fachliche Unterstützung, einschließlich Administration und Gebietsmanagement Umsetzung der Marketingstrategien im Verkaufsgebiet, einschließlich Bedarfsanalyse und Identifizierung von Geräteprojekten Primäre Ansprechperson für Accounts, Koordination von Verkaufsaktivitäten, Weiterleitung von Anfragen an fachliche Kollegen, Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Steigerung von Marktanteil und Umsatz im Kataraktsegment WAS SIE ZU ALCON MITBRINGEN: OP-Ausbildung/ OP-Erfahrung idealerweise im Augenbereich, kaufmännische oder Optiker-Ausbildung, Medizinprodukteberater Gute Kenntnisse der Ophthalmochirurgie, idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verkaufserfahrung Reisebereitschaft in der Region Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse WIE SIE BEI ALCON ERFOLGREICH SEIN KÖNNEN: Eine verantwortungsvolle Position beim Marktführer in der Ophthalmochirurgie Außerordentliche Aus- und Weiterbildungsprogramme Leistungsgerechte Vergütung sowie attraktive Sozialleistungen inkl.
