This role involves supervising production staff, overseeing equipment and processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and meeting production goals.  What you’ll be doing: • Oversee daily production operations to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Assign tasks to production staff and monitor their performance. • Ensure that production schedules are met, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate any delays or issues. • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet established quality standards. •I dentify and address any issues or defects in the production process. • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives. • Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for staff development. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a safe working environment. • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, including daily output, quality control data, and incident logs. • Communicate production status and any issues to management and other relevant departments. • Maintain records of employee attendance, performance, and training. This position is located at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility. We’d love to hear from you if: • 3-5 years experience in a supervisor role within a manufacturing environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards. • Proficiency in using production management software and tools. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation:  The annual base salary range for this role is from $90,400 to $101,700, plus a competitive quarterly bonus of 12.5% of the base salary.
