Summary of Position: Seeking an experienced Sterling Integrator map developer skilled in EDI transformations, partner integrations, and map troubleshooting, with added advantage of Sterling suite of products and Lightwell exposure. The work includes: • Creating and updating EDI and non‑EDI maps based on partner and business   requirements. • Handling basic-to-moderate mapping logic like loops, conditions, value changes, and lookups. • Developing mapping specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts. • Testing maps with sample files, fixing issues, and ensuring the output meets expectations. • Checking and resolving map failures, envelope errors, and document processing issues. • Working with internal teams and external partners to set up file transfers using AS2, SFTP, or Connect:Direct. • Supporting day‑to‑day EDI operations, participating in Agile activities, and helping with documentation and basic platform tasks. Key Responsibilities: Good Knowledge on various EDI Industrial Standards transactions like ANSI X12(850,855,810,856,997), EDIFACT (ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DESADV, CONTRL). Hands-on experience in EDI Mapping and Translation using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. Hands on experience in creating and modifying EDI and non‑EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, Flat Files,Idoc) using Sterling B2B Integrator Map Editor. Build end-to-end inbound and outbound maps with complete enveloping/de‑enveloping logic and partner-specific rules. Implement mapping functionalities including loops, qualifiers, composite segments, conditions, lookups, key-based conversions, code translations. Good hands-on experience in debug and troubleshoot mapping issues. Experience in testing and validating maps using real-time and mock data. Ability to analyze mapping failures, envelope issues, production instances and resolve them efficiently. Ensuring developed maps follow the requirements provided by stakeholders Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented. Work with external partners to establish AS2 or SFTP connectivity Work with internal application teams to establish connectivity using Connect Direct or SFTP or File System Work on EDI Projects and EDI Operations using DevOps model Familiarity with ticketing tool such as Service Now Familiarity with Scrum and Sprint Ensure quality through unit and functional test implementation and execution. Participate in and contribute to all phases of the SDLC, including working with DevOps teams to develop end-to-end testing of the solutions and ensure proper monitoring and alerting of the solution. Collaborate cross-functionally with technical/non-technical stakeholders to gather and understand the requirements Work with Business Analysts/Project Manager /IT Leads and other stakeholders to understand requirements and help the team establish a technical approach to delivering features that is in line with architectural norms and best practice Knowledge of Sterling B2B Integrator is desirable Effective communication with business stakeholders Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: Education:  Min Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or other technology streams Language The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English. Experience: Around 2 years of experience in IT desirable. Hands-on experience in EDI Mapping and Translation using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. Hands on experience in creating and modifying EDI and non‑EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, Flat Files,Idoc) using Sterling B2B Integrator Map Editor.
