Attain Sales volume objectives. Reach Market Share objectives in units -  Implementation of Promotional and Business plans and strategies in his/her territory -  Assure the collections within the planned periods -  Compromise promotional call frequency -  Train Sales Representatives “in the field” -  Support the development of the company practices in his/her territory -  Elaborate and propose own territory´s sales budget, as well as maintain a tight control of it - Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation and the Corporate procedure.
