Position Summary: MMS Infusion is looking for a Software Quality Engineer who has passion for learning, developing high quality, customer focused and impactful SW products. Job Responsibilities: Conduct complex black box, system-level, functional testing, applying comprehensive knowledge of software quality concepts within the software development lifecycle, verify end-to-end customer flows, Capture Issue/Bugs in line with Business Unit policy/Standard and track to closure Developing and executing test plans, automation, and formal verification activities. Work in a scrum-based agile development process which plans and builds features targeted to a release. Help in timely execution and delivery of product design verification and integration for compliance with applicable safety, security, and quality standards and procedures. Champion continuous improvement in quality and operational excellence by establishing testing strategy and quality metrics. Define, promote, and implement the strategic direction of test automation and an overall approach to test management, design, and automation to deliver with increased cadence without compromising quality or safety. Contribute to product test strategies, selection of tools, and adoption of best CI practices. Helping the teams “shift-left” to reduce quality and integration issues. Work with managers, Team leads, POs, PMO to improve practices. Contribute to a team culture that values quality, robustness, and scalability while fostering innovation. Proactively scale up skills and knowledge. Education and Experience: ·       Minimum BS/BE in in computer science, Engineering or related discipline ·       Hands on experience (2-3 years) with automation tools and programming language  ·       Experience working with Medical Devices is a plus Knowledge and Skills: ·       Able to create test scenarios, test cases, and bug reports. ·       Experience in testing of scalable distributed microservices based systems. ·       Experience with Python, C#.NET ·       Knowledge in designing test automation to support CI/CD pipeline for software delivery. ·       Good to Have:  o   Knowledge of testing backend services o   Ability to find bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code with the help of automation tools. o   Knowledge of regulated environment (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304) Required Skills Optional Skills .
