As part of the continued strengthening of our Consumer EMEA Finance organization and in support of our US reporting and compliance framework, we are pleased to announce the opening of the role of Internal Controls Manager, Consumer EMEA. This position reports into the Head of US Reporting & Compliance, Consumer EMEA and plays a critical role in ensuring a strong, consistent, and audit-ready internal control environment across the region. Role Purpose The role is responsible for strengthening and monitoring the internal control framework across Consumer EMEA entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX requirements, and corporate finance policies. It operates independently across multiple countries and plants, performing balance sheet reviews, control assessments, and policy governance activities to support reliable US reporting and audit readiness.
