What you'll be doing:     Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This position is in our RPC Cuautitlán Plant     We’d love to hear from you if:     Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Strategic Account Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
