Job Description Summary The Digital Incubation Tech Lead is responsible for enabling and accelerating digital innovation by designing, evolving, and operating a governed digital incubation model. This role supports incubation teams and citizen developers in rapidly building MVPs, prototypes, and production‑ready digital solutions, while ensuring architectural integrity, security, scalability, and compliance. ​ This is a hands-on technical leadership role—the Tech Lead actively designs, develops, tests, and implements solutions while also defining standards, frameworks, and guardrails that allow safe exploration and experimentation across the organization. Become a maker of possible with us.  Job Overview: Job Title Role Summary The Digital Incubation Tech Lead is responsible for enabling and accelerating digital innovation by designing, evolving, and operating a governed digital incubation model . This role supports incubation teams and citizen developers in rapidly building MVPs, prototypes, and production‑ready digital solutions , while ensuring architectural integrity, security, scalability, and compliance.   This is a hands-on technical leadership role —the Tech Lead actively designs, develops, tests, and implements solutions while also defining standards, frameworks, and guardrails that allow safe exploration and experimentation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Digital Incubation & Framework Development Design, implement, and continuously evolve digital incubation frameworks that enable rapid ideation, prototyping, and MVP development. Define standardized pathways for moving ideas from exploration → prototype → MVP → scaled solution. Establish reusable patterns, templates, accelerators, and reference architectures for incubation teams and citizen developers. Enable experimentation while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. Hands-On Solution Development Actively participate in the hands-on design, development, testing, and implementation of digital solutions, MVPs, and prototypes. Build solutions using modern development approaches (e.g., low-code/no-code platforms, cloud-native services, APIs, automation, data and integration tools). Develop proof-of-concepts and technical spikes to validate feasibility, performance, and scalability. Conduct code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and technical validation to ensure quality and maintainability. Governance & Guardrails for Exploration Define and oversee a governed exploration model that allows teams to innovate safely without creating technical debt or risk by working with respective stakeholders and teams. Establish guardrails for: Security, privacy, and data protection Platform and tool usage Integration and API standards Lifecycle management of incubated solutions Ensure clear entry and exit criteria for incubation stages, including transition to enterprise delivery or retirement.   Enablement of Incubation Teams & Citizen Developers Mentor and coach incubation teams and citizen developers on tools, platforms, and best practices. Provide technical guidance during ideation, design, and build phases. Partner with business, product, and design stakeholders to translate ideas into working solutions. Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and responsible innovation. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Act as a technical bridge between incubation teams and respective delivery teams. Influence platform strategy by providing feedback based on incubation outcomes and developer experience. Contribute to roadmaps for digital platforms, developer tooling, and innovation capabilities.   Preferred Experience Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Strategy, or related field 4+ years of experience in digital transformation, solution architecture, or enterprise technology delivery. Experience with Digital platforms (Copilot Studio, Azure, Databricks, PowerBI, Power Platform etc.) Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred. Why Join Us?
