Description des activités significatives Piloter les activités RH opérationnelles du site. Co-animer les relations sociales avec le directeur d'usine. Superviser l’administration de la paie et la gestion du personnel, et encadrer l’équipe dédiée. Piloter le développement RH sur son site. Contribuer aux projets RH transversaux sur la région (GEPP, mobilité interne, évolutions de carrière,..). Piloter le recrutement en fonction des décisions opérationnelles et des budgets. Assurer, animer et faciliter la communication interne. Garantir la fiabilité et l'analyse des reportings RH de son site vers le Groupe. Décliner la stratégie et les politiques RH du Groupe en adéquation avec les spécificités de l’entité gérée et de sa population. Effectuer une veille juridique et sociale. Participer à la préparation du budget RH pour le site. Responsabilités exercées et latitude d'action Accompagner le directeur d'usine dans sa prise de décision sur les aspects RH. Définir les activités de ses équipes et assurer le fonctionnement du service. Conseiller et orienter les opérationnels sur tous les domaines des RH (législation sociale, gestion des carrières, recrutement, formation, rémunérations, disciplinaire…). Développer son réseau avec le tissu local (entreprises, administrations…).
