Position Overview ISS is seeking a Client Success Associate to join its Norman, OK team on a temporary basis. A successful candidate will have an ability to develop strong working relationships quickly, communicating effectively with all. Client Success Associates are adaptable, eager and efficient problem solvers. This includes serving as a point of contact, offering support, and guiding clients to receive the highest level of customer service in the industry. Main responsibilities: Manage client inquiry and issue resolution process, utilizing Microsoft Outlook, SalesForce.com and other internal tools Identify accounts at risk to ensure revenue and client retention Assess client reporting needs and coordinate report delivery Perform regular Master Account List reviews Maintain the email support inbox and phone hotline service, actioning all inquiries and connecting clients to their dedicated client success manager for personalized service Identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to sales team to assist in closing new deals Achieve target renewal rate through outstanding client service Perform frequent testing of new product features Other special projects and initiatives for the business, as needed and assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or within 3 months of graduation Experience in an account management or client service position, ideally in financial or corporate governance industries Required skills: Proactive attitude, innovative, motivated, client-oriented with strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and verbal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skill; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Absolute personal and business integrity Additional Information Work Schedule : This role is fully onsite with five days in-office each week . Peak Season : During peak season ( late March to late May) , but also includes client reporting period through early August. Payroll and Benefits : The payroll provider for this position is through a third party, so ISS STOXX benefits are not applicable.
