Join us this summer and gain hands-on experience with   cutting-edge   tools while contributing to initiatives that positively   impact   employee engagement and productivity.     Position Overview:   We are   seeking   a highly motivated and tech-savvy Summer Intern to join our Service Experience Team. As an intern, you will play a key role in   optimizing   employee   experiences   through the implementation, analysis, and enhancement of technology tools.   You’ll   collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs,   identify   opportunities for improvement, and support the management of platforms like ServiceNow,   Moveworks , and   Appspace .   This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, employee experience, and problem-solving. If you enjoy learning new tools, tackling challenges, and improving workplace processes, we want to hear from you .     Key Responsibilities:   Platform Support:   Assist   in the day-to-day management and operation of ServiceNow,   Moveworks , and   Appspace   to ensure   optimal   functionality and user satisfaction.   Employee Experience Enhancement:   Identify   opportunities to improve employee interactions with these platforms and recommend solutions to streamline processes.   Data Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback, platform analytics, and business metrics to assess performance and   identify   areas for improvement.   Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders on projects to implement new features, workflows, or integrations within the business applications.   Documentation: Create user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support   employees in   using these tools effectively.   Testing and Quality Assurance: Test new configurations, features, and updates to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver a positive user experience.   Research: Stay informed about   new trends , tools, and best practices in workplace technology and employee engagement.     Qualifications:   Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.   Strong interest in workplace technology tools and enhancing employee experiences through innovative solutions.   Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow,   Moveworks ,   Appspace , or similar tools is a plus, but not   required .   Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.   Strong communication   and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.   Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.   Basic knowledge of data analysis, workflows, and user experience design is desirable.     What   You’ll   Gain:   Hands-on experience with leading business applications like ServiceNow,   Moveworks , and   Appspace .   Exposure to   real-world challenges and opportunities in driving employee engagement through technology.   Collaboration with experienced professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.   Opportunities to make meaningful contributions to projects that   impact   employee   experience across the organization.   Mentorship and guidance   to help   you grow your skills and career.   Potential for full-time employment based on performance.   At Sonoco Products Company, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including competitive pay and benefits. *Benefits listed below are for employees located in the U.S. Specific benefits and wellbeing programs may vary depending on your location (within the U.S. or global), or if you are a union employee.
