KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle the routine operations for the Billing, Rebate, and EFA groups for Japan CO. EFA Operations with SAP. Rebate Operations with SAP and bot tools. Issue contracts envelope using DocuSign. Daily operations for Billing with SAP and Web Bureau (Web system). Distribute Rebate Result to customers using Web Bureau Transfer (web system). Distribute Customer statements to customers using Web Bureau Transfer (web system). - EFA : SAP processing for receivables assignments, outstanding balance transfers, and book interests, along with related operational tasks. Preparation equipment purchasing list for FRA - Rebate : Validation of payment vouchers, booking for payments, reconciliation, and registration of rebate data using SAP and bot tools. - DocuSign : Expanding the scope of DocuSign-related operations that have already been transferred, Sx and VC Rebate agreements - Daily operations for Billing : Perform daily data maintenance required for issuing invoices. - Rebate Result : Send rebate result reports to Sx customers once a month using the WBT (system). - Customer statements : Send customer statements to 20-30 customers twice a month using the WBT (system). HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON: Education: University degree or equivalent. Languages: Business level Japanese and English speaking, reading and writing skills Experience/Professional Requirement*: Required Since the role is related to Finance operations, it is essential for the candidate to demonstrate a strong interest in the finance field. Excellent communication, observation skills and ability to assess situation. Problem-solving/multi-tasking abilities and able to execute with speed. Patience when handling tough cases and ability to work on Japan working hours. Self-motivated and Proactive. Willing to work longer hours during month end closing.
