As a Principal, Identity & Access Management Security - AD/PKI supporting the IT Access & Identity team , you will be primarily responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. You will work with business leaders to ensure security standards are met, design secure solutions, enforce policies, collaborate with key teams, and mentor others to keep digital platforms secure and compliant. In this role, a typical day will include: Design and implement robust IAM solutions for secure user access across digital platforms Develop and enforce IAM policies and champion their adoption Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems Support risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities Mentor team members and provide technical guidance Identify and deliver automation opportunities and continuous improvements for IAM systems Provide strategic guidance and expertise on IAM-related issues and security practices. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: Education: Bachelor’s degree Advanced level of English Total of 8-10 years’ experience PowerShell Scripting Strong Entra ID/Azure AD knowledge. (2-3 yrs) In-depth Active Directory experience Strong PKI (MS-PKI, DigiCert PKI, AWS, Entra certificates) engineering/architecture experience Tests and evaluates existing IT systems and perform regular maintenance to ensure that IT Services operate correctly.
