Für unseren Standort in 77743 Neuried (Baden Württemberg) suchen wir ab sofort   Shift Production Supervisor (all genders) Ihre Aufgaben und Chancen Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung eines Teams von bis zu 50 Produktionsmitarbeitern während der Schicht Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Mengenanforderungen Optimale Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes und Ressourcenmanagements zur Zielerreichung Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Lean-, TPM- und 5S-Initiativen zur Effizienzsteigerung Analyse, Behebung und präventive Vermeidung von Störungen und Produktionsengpässen Förderung von Teamarbeit und offener Kommunikation sowie eigenverantwortlicher Problemlösung im Team Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen wie Planung, Logistik, Qualität und Instandhaltung Durchführung regelmäßiger Berichterstattung zu Produktionskennzahlen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Warum Sonoco?
