Responsable Scientifique et Formation – Vision Care   CDD 12 mois  - Paris / Île-de-France Département :   Vision Care   Rattachement :   Directeur Scientifique et Formation Contactologie     Votre mission   Vous êtes passionné(e) par l es lentilles de contact,   la formation et l’accompagnement des professionnels de santé ?   En tant que Responsable Scientifique et Formation, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la recommandation et la prescription des produits   Alcon . Vous serez le partenaire de confiance des ophtalmologistes, opticiens et orthoptistes, en leur apportant expertise, formation et soutien clinique.     Ce que vous ferez au quotidien   Former et inspirer   : déployer la stratégie de formation internationale, adaptée au marché local, et accompagner les professionnels de santé dans l’utilisation des produits   Alcon   (lentilles de contact, solutions d’entretien, gouttes oculaires).   Être sur le terrain   : 70% de votre temps sera consacré   aux   formations et événements auprès des professionnels   sur toute la France .   Collaborer avec les leaders d’opinion   : développer des relations solides avec les   leaders d’opinion,   les professionnels clés, les   associations et institutions éducatives.   Amplifier la   part de   voix scientifique   : participer à des congrès, symposiums et communications scientifiques, en utilisant les canaux modernes (presse spécialisée, médias sociaux).   Soutenir nos équipes internes   : apporter votre expertise clinique et technique aux équipes marketing, ventes, grands comptes.      Votre impact   Former chaque année des centaines de professionnels de santé et mesurer leur satisfaction.   Contribuer à la notoriété scientifique d’ Alcon   et au succès de nos lancements produits.   Être un acteur clé dans la prescription et l’adoption de nos solutions innovantes en contactologie et sécheresse oculaire.     Profil recherché   Formation   : Master   Sciences de la Vision (Optométrie, Contactologie)  obligatoire.   Expérience   : Minimum 2 ans de pratique en cabinet ou magasin d’optique , l’ expérience en enseignement   est un plus .     Compétences clés   :    Expertise clinique en lentilles de contact et sécheresse oculaire.   Pédagogie, rigueur, autonomie.   Excellentes capacités de communication.   Langues   : Anglais   opérationnel       Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?   Un rôle stratégique au cœur de l’innovation en santé visuelle.   L’opportunité de travailler avec des experts reconnus.   Une mission itinérante riche en rencontres et en diversité.   La possibilité de contribuer directement à l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients.        ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
