What you'll be doing:     Keeping yourself and your work team safe. Oversee the daily activities of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and production goals. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and industry standards. Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Work closely with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth production operations. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and any issues that arise. Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.       This position is in our Quéretaro, México RPC Plant   We’d love to hear from you if:     Prefer bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or business) is preferred but not required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments. Familiarity with production equipment and processes, as well as knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
