POSITION OVERVIEW: The Sr. Associate, Logistics & Freight Management will be a vital role in ensuring the success and operational excellence of the Alcon TMS. The Sr. Associate, Logistics & Freight Management will be responsible for training of other end users, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in all areas of the TMS. The Sr. Associate, Logistics & Freight Management will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of TMS data and managing the exceptions within TMS in a timely manner to meet customer expectations for deliveries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Track financial & operational KPIs, identify root causes, coordinate to implement resolutions Build up and maintain transportation database, perform analysis, and propose optimization solutions Setup, monitor, and optimize the transportation processes, including freight audit & pay, freight track & trace, etc Ensure fully utilize of technologies, including CTSI, TMS, P44, Aera.
