Job Description Your journey starts now U.S. Bank is hiring multiple roles as a Part Time Custody Operations Specialist to support our Operations groups. Some responsibilities include: Understanding and working through policies and procedures Data entry Projects Assisting team members with additional tasks Schedule : Part Time: Monday - Friday hours can vary between 8am-6pm, 15 - 19 hours per week with 4 hours minimum per day. Location : This role is located in either Tempe, Saint Paul, or Milwaukee . 3 days in office.   Qualifications Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience OR High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of relevant experience Skills/Experience Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s) Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications This is not a temporary position. It is a paid part time role with U.S. Bank. Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
