Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient’s unmet clinical needs. How you’ll make an impact: • Perform basic administrative tasks that may include mailing, printing, scheduling, office supply ordering, filing and other tasks as needed under general supervision • Provide telephone support and screen concerns and matters to minimize interruption • Manage schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail • May plan and execute meetings and events, under supervision • Use computer programs to support development of correspondence, presentations, and to perform data entry, as directed • Other incidental duties: Assist in routine general administrative projects/tasks What you'll need (Required): H.S. Diploma or equivalent 2 Years experience previous related experience Required What else we look for (Preferred): • Good computer skills including MS Office Suite • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills • Broad knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and administrative requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Good written and verbal communications skills • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to manage travel arrangements • Attention to detail • Knowledge of and adherence to EW administrative policies and procedures • Must be able to work in a team environment under general supervision and with instructions for routine work • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
