Responsibilities: Support and maintain existing BI reports and dashboards , ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability. Investigate discrepancies between BI reports, ERP data, and business expectations . Assist in defining, validating, and documenting business logic and KPIs . Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to Finance, Sales, and Management teams. Perform data discovery and analysis across multiple data sources. Extract, analyze, and transform large datasets using SQL Server and Excel to prepare reliable datasets for reporting and business insights. Execute monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reporting cycles . Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into reporting requirements. Contribute to report standardization and reduction of manual Excel-based processes. Document reports, assumptions, and logic to ensure knowledge continuity within the team .   Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or other related field master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in in BI, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles. Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, TARGIT, or similar). Familiarity with SQL Server relational databases and the SQL language for querying datasets. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to understand and work with business KPIs, preferably in sales or retail-related environments. Proactive mindset with ownership of analytics and reporting processes. Structured and analytical thinking with the ability to explain how numbers are derived. Fluent English (written and spoken).
