You will build adaptive backend services, create interactive dashboards, and guide a small engineering team. This position requires strong technical skills, clear communication, and the ability to turn business needs into reliable software solutions.    Key Responsibilities  Design, develop, and implement innovative logistics technology solutions from concept to deployment.  Lead scalable backend development using Django REST Framework for asset tracking and route optimization.  Manage the design and architecture of the entire platform, including backend, frontend, and database systems.  Build responsive, real-time React dashboards to improve operational visibility and decision-making.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.  Ensure secure, high-performance, and high-capacity systems through strong coding and architecture practices.  Establish CI/CD pipelines, maintain code quality, and mentor engineers to uphold best practices.  Continuously explore the emerging technologies to enhance digital logistics performance and innovation.  Qualifications  5+ years of experience in full-stack software development across backend, frontend, and database systems.    Skills  Proficiency in full-stack development using Python (Django REST Framework), React.js, and relational databases.  Strong foundation in software architecture, API design, and secure, scalable system development.  Ability to build real-time dashboards, integrate data workflows, and optimize application performance.  Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.  Fluent in written and spoken English with clear technical communication skills.
