Key Responsibilities Participate in the monthly S&OP and demand forecast discussions with cross functional teams and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain a rolling demand forecast by incorporating market intelligence such as promotions, new launches, phase in or phase out, and discontinuations from Sales and Marketing teams. Translate the demand plan into a supply plan to support order placement with principals. Balance demand and supply across omni channels, and coordinate product allocation or inventory rebalancing when required. Reconcile demand and supply plans to mitigate risks of stock shortages or excess inventory, particularly during new launches, supply constraints, or unexpected demand spikes. Monitor slow moving and obsolete inventory, and work with stakeholders to drive corrective actions. Analyze demand trends, identify business risks and opportunities, and propose appropriate mitigation plans. Prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP materials, and demand planning KPI reports. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, preferably in demand planning or forecasting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and manage planning complexity. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, experience with SAP is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
