Principal Accountabilities: Deliver engaging  product, sales, and service training  for retail partners and internal teams Support the development and localization of  training materials and tools Conduct  store visits and field coaching  to assess training effectiveness and product knowledge Partner with Brand and Sales teams to support  product launches and campaigns Organize and support  training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve training quality Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience  in training, retail training, or sales training Experience in  consumer electronics, home appliances, or premium retail  is an advantage Strong presentation and communication skills Good understanding of retail operations and frontline staff engagement Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Fluent in  Cantonese ; good command of  English  (Mandarin is a plus) Willing to travel locally for store visits and training * Candidate with more experience will be considered as Training Manager.
