Principal Accountabilities Lead total education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution OMNI to drive business growth in Indonesia while ensuring the right fit approach within brand DNA and values Review and identify/initiate Education programs/modules from HQ that are relevant and fit with business strategy Prepare the training module and plan Conduct the training session and follow up on the results regularly Evaluate training results, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisor in each store Evaluate the success of training to develop further training needs Being in the field regularly to execute the designed training for the sales team and raise information to create further training needs Ensure compliance with brand policies, standards, and procedures Assists the Brand Team in launching events, principal store visits, and other team activities Prepare and submit monthly training reports Deliver training, evaluation, and development report Work closely with all functions to manage new product/campaign launches on time as planned and implement in-depth product knowledge across all field teams Performing the beauty class At least 2-3 years experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the skin care, beauty, make-up, and haircare category Excellent knowledge/experience in retail business Strong interpersonal, communication & coaching skills Experience in building effective teams Creative, proactive, and high motivation in work A results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Has a positive work attitude, sociable, and fast learner Good problem-solving and customer service skills Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
