Here, you will be responsible for the end-to-end evolution of data into intelligence, building the robust pipelines and sophisticated models that power global decision-making. You will make a significant impact by unlocking the predictive power of data for global brands, turning vast datasets into strategic competitive advantages and shaping the future alongside other high-calibre people. Role Responsibilities Designs and deploys scalable data pipelines and production-grade ML models using Python and SQL to solve high-stakes business problems. Executes robust data modelling (Schema design, Data Vault, Kimball) to ensure high-quality, actionable data environments. Manages the full MLOps lifecycle, from initial data wrangling and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring using Vertex AI and dbt. Collaborates with global clients to translate complex data findings and AI solutions into measurable business value. Implements large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Beam, Spark, or Flink for batch and streaming patterns. Consultative mindset with a focus on solving the hardest technical problems for clients. Methodical problem-solver with a proactive approach to technical experimentation. Storytelling skills to communicate technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders. Integrity in maintaining high standards for data ethics and quality. Essential Experience: Demonstrates technical breadth with extensive experience in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL (BigQuery, PostgreSQL). Expertise in Data Engineering & Modelling, specifically building complex ELT/ETL pipelines and schema design (Star/Snowflake/Vault). Google Professional Data Engineer or Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification. Desirable Experience: Experience with GenAI, LLM fine-tuning, and semantic search. Knowledge of Looker for data visualisation and LookML development. Background in a billable consultancy environment. Built for what’s next.
